TRANSLAB INTERNATIONAL Facilitates Communication at UN Women and IDRC Webinar on Women's Empowerment

On May 28, 2025, TRANSLAB INTERNATIONAL had the privilege of providing remote simultaneous interpretation services for the high-level webinar: 'Transformative solutions for women's economic empowerment in the climate-care nexus in West and Central Africa'. Jointly organized by UN Women and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), this virtual event brought together experts, policymakers, and civil society actors from across the region.

A Crucial Issue, Fluid Communication

The webinar's theme was at the heart of contemporary challenges for West and Central Africa. Addressing the complex links between climate, the care economy, and women's empowerment requires clear and unhindered dialogue. In this international and multilingual context, our mission was to ensure that every voice was heard and every idea understood, transcending language barriers.
